The process is easy. We help you draw a floor plan and you add features such as windows and doors or lofts. The plan is submitted to the factory for final price confirmation and a contract is submitted with your 35% down payment. The kit is constructed in approximately 4-6 weeks and the final amount due is collected prior to shipment to your site. You choose the delivery date to suite your needs.
